Every project we take on follows a strategic process that comprises of distinct phases.
We’re continually fine-tuning this process (since 2008) and in doing so, we’ve established strong foundations to generate engaging, captivating, and memorable brands.
01: Discovery
Potentially the most crucial phase, as this is our chance to get together and start building the basis of a solid partnership.
Listen, learn, ask questions, and discover the finer detailers about you and your business.
Clarify information collected.
Understand your objectives and goals.
Collate and analyse this into a strategically tailored creative brief.
It’s during this phase we will:
02: Direction
During this phase, we’re pulling as much information together as possible to support your project.
Researching the market, including competitors.
Documenting relevant data and insights.
Distilling the information found.
Presenting findings.
Providing creative direction.
This includes:
03: Design
Following approval of the direction provided in phase 2, the fun stuff begins.
We’ll begin translating what we’ve learned and put it into visual representations to showcase your brand.
What’s included will vary from project to project but will span all the pre-agreed mediums.
In this phase:
04: Execute
It’s almost the finale, the time when all our hard work begins to pay off. But this isn’t where our relationship ends.
This phase involves:
Final approval on all assets and deliverables.
Making any required final touches.
Ensuring your assets and/or campaigns go live.
05: Evaluate
Once your assets are finalised and live, evaluation needs to be carried out to determine the project’s success.
To explore areas that may need to be revised.
