Ken Guy Buderim is a market leading, boutique property agency that is founded on the core principles of honesty, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Operating in the Sunshine Coast for more than 40 years, the team is highly experienced in selling, leasing, and project marketing.

Mission:

The Ageing Sea came together with the team at Ken Guy Buderim to create property marketing for Windsor Park Burnside. Nestled in the Sunshine Coast hinterland suburb of Burnside, Windsor Park Burnside is a pristine land subdivision that consists of 68 lots, offering a sense of tranquillity on larger than average block sizes.

Outcome:

We began the Windsor Park project in late February 2022 where we worked directly with Ken Guy Buderim to create property marketing materials that reflected the unique and tranquil location of Windsor Park.

To build the creative brief for the project we conducted interviews and workshops with the client before moving on to concept branding.

Once approved by the client we presented the project to the asset owner where we gained approval to proceeded with the concepts and develop copy.

Throughout the production phase we had the pleasure of creating marketing materials that ranged from stationery right through to digital brochures and website design.
