Challenge:
Kalgoorlie based testing and compliance company, Complete Envirotest, required a brand refresh and an update to their website to match the service they supply their customers.
Process:
We met with directors, Stu and Brice online to develop the brief and find out a little more about what their situation. Once we’d established a brief, we conducted online customer research to capture valuable insight to unpack what their customers say. We also used this insight fill in gaps around their brand personality and to ensure we are using correct language to connect with their large and varied customer base.

Solution
When developing the new brand image, we wanted a logo that visually reflected their known traits; trust, responsiveness, reliability and compliance.
Due to their location and involvement in the community we wanted to capture their local Kalgoorlie landscape and have incorporated this unique and earthy colour palette into brand style guide.
Using customer research insights we developed and produced relevant brand personality, voice, key messaging and supporting copy for their long list of vital services.
Due to covid restrictions and border closures we remotely produced a photography shoot with local photographer and detailed shot list.
Once the content was produced, we designed and produced a simple Squarespace website to showcase their new brand identity, updated brand promise, leadership team, current clients, and articulate their valuable list of services offered to keep local miners safe.
