Welcome to our end of year wrap up, where we dive into the creative endeavours of The Ageing Sea’s through out 2023.
Over the past 12 months, we've had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse group of clients, each with unique requirements and visions. From revitalising brand identities to capturing the essence of businesses through photography and video, our journey has been both challenging and rewarding. Enever Coaching: Amplifying Online Presence
The Ageing Sea embarked on a significant project at the start of the year, partnering with Enever Coaching, a renowned private rugby coaching academy, to amplify their online presence.
Squarespace Website: The core of this endeavor was the development of a professional Squarespace website, crafted in collaboration with Blake Enever, the head coach and ex-Wallaby. The new website serves as the central point for inquiries, reflecting the ethos of the academy and providing comprehensive information for prospective rugby players and their families.
Email Marketing: In addition to the website, a custom MailChimp template was designed for Enever Coaching. This personalised, branded tool is crucial for engaging with the academy’s community, offering regular updates, news, and insights into rugby coaching, thereby fostering a stronger and more informed rugby community.
Visual Storytelling: A key aspect of this project was the use of visual storytelling. The Ageing Sea team captured footage of a training session at Enever Coaching, providing an authentic glimpse into the academy's operations and coaching style. This visual content is not only promotional but also offers transparency, giving parents and potential enrollees a clear idea of what to expect.
This collaboration marks just the beginning of a journey with Enever Rugby Coaching. With a robust digital foundation now in place, Enever Coaching is set to extend its influence in the rugby world. Lallemand's Animal Health Seminar: Elevated with Engaging Marketing Collateral
The Ageing Sea recently had the privilege of partnering with Lallemand Animal Nutrition for their upcoming Rumen Health Technical Seminar.
Our task was to create a cohesive suite of marketing collateral that not only informs but also engages the target audience. Our comprehensive marketing collateral encompassed various elements:
Email Marketing: We designed a series of captivating emails to generate interest and provide essential information about the seminar.
Landing Page & Booking Form: An intuitive landing page was crafted, complete with a user-friendly booking form to facilitate easy registrations.
Digital Advertising: Strategic digital ads were created to reach a broader audience and boost seminar visibility.
Seminar Programme: We produced a detailed programme that outlines the seminar schedule, topics, and speaker bios, ensuring attendees have a clear understanding of the event.
Posters & Pull Up Banners: Eye-catching posters and pull-up banners were developed to visually communicate the seminar's core themes and details.
The Ageing Sea's collaboration with Lallemand showcases our commitment to delivering marketing solutions that are not just visually appealing but also effectively convey the seminar's essence. Lallemand Illustrations, Apparel & Merchandise Design
In June and July, Lallemand collaborated with The Ageing Sea for a unique project: crafting custom brand-aligned illustrations for a special line of apparel and merchandise.
This creative venture aims to develop an exclusive range of clothing adorned with these bespoke illustrations, intended as gifts for loyal customers at various events and seminars. This initiative by Lallemand beautifully blends artistry with brand engagement, offering a personalised touch to their customer appreciation efforts.
Holi-Cow Veterinary Consultancy Brand Development
In a unique project for Holi-Cow Veterinary Consultancy, The Ageing Sea developed a distinctive online profile and brand identity for Cherie Gooding, based in Biloela, Queensland.
The creative team designed a digital caricature for Cherie's online avatar, bringing a personalized and engaging touch to her digital presence on platforms like podcasts and blogs. Furthering this brand enhancement, The Ageing Sea also created an inventive logo for Holi-Cow, featuring illustrations of farm animals from their clients' farms playfully taking a selfie. This imaginative approach effectively captured the essence of Holi-Cow, blending professionalism with a friendly, approachable image.
Triple Zero Property Unveils New Brand Identity and Comprehensive Style Guide
Triple Zero Property embarked on a brand revitalisation journey with The Ageing Sea, aiming to resolve legibility issues that were affecting their sponsorship collateral.
Our long-standing relationship with Triple Zero Property gave us a clear understanding of their needs, allowing us to expertly address and amend these issues. The focal point of the update was the recreation of their brand identity. We introduced a more robust font for enhanced readability and paired it with a contrasting script font for the tagline, achieving a harmonious blend of clarity and style. Upon approval, we meticulously documented the new brand identity, including details on fonts, colours, logo usage, and specific guidelines for marketing materials. This documentation is crucial for maintaining brand consistency across various platforms.
Our comprehensive approach extended to redesigning their marketing collateral. We revised the DL Flyer into a 6-page trifold, offering a more engaging and informative layout. Additionally, we updated the 1-page A4 Flyer, ensuring all materials align with the refreshed brand identity.
This update was not just a change in aesthetics but a strategic enhancement to ensure Triple Zero Property's brand communicates effectively and resonates with its audience, particularly in the upcoming season. The new style guide and collateral are set to elevate Triple Zero Property's presence, reflecting their commitment to excellence and clear communication.
Dirty Moe's: Creative Culinary Adventure
In March, The Ageing Sea team embarked on an exciting journey with Dirty Moe's Bar in Mooloolaba, known for its vibrant atmosphere and delectable offerings.
Our mission was to inject creativity into their promotional materials, ranging from Weekly Specials Posters to Lunch Menus, Table Talkers, and Event and Competition Posters. Each project presented a unique brief, providing our team with the opportunity to unleash their creativity and have some fun. This collaboration allowed us to explore diverse designs and concepts, reflecting the lively and dynamic spirit of Dirty Moe's, while ensuring each piece of collateral effectively communicated with patrons and enhanced their dining experience.
Dynamic Design for Social Media Presence
Over the past year, The Ageing Sea has been at the forefront of captivating social media projects, delivering bespoke design solutions that enhance online engagement for various clients.
In February, we collaborated with Plentify Grants, crafting branded Canva templates specifically tailored for showcasing client testimonials on their Facebook page. This enabled Plentify Grants to share customer experiences in a visually appealing and brand-consistent manner, boosting their social media presence.
By April, we had embarked on a comprehensive project with Complete Envirotest, where we not only created but also scheduled their social media content for six months. This was strategically aligned with the launch of their new website, ensuring a cohesive digital narrative.
For Haynes Labour Hire & Recruitment, our team developed Branded Social Media Templates in Canva following a brand update. These templates were designed for easy internal use, empowering their team to maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
In August, we extended our expertise to Angel Marketing for their client, Sunshine Coast Falcons. We created versatile social media templates to celebrate awards and signings, providing their team with the tools to edit, modify, and implement these templates effectively.
Each project showcased our ability to understand and adapt to the unique needs of our clients, ensuring that their social media channels are not just informative but also visually engaging and reflective of their brand identity.
Plentify Grants Launches New Website to Empower Remote Communities with Expert Grant Writing Services
In a strategic move to enhance their online presence, Plentify Grants entrusted The Ageing Sea with the creation of a new Squarespace website.
This digital platform was meticulously designed to elevate the organisation's credibility and visibility, particularly targeting potential clients in regional and remote communities seeking expert grant writing assistance. Understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in these areas, the website was crafted to be not only informative but also highly accessible and user-friendly. It features an intuitive layout, clear messaging, and engaging content that effectively communicates Plentify Grants' expertise and success in securing grants.
This online hub serves as a vital resource for communities who might otherwise have limited access to such specialised services, thereby bridging the gap and empowering them with the tools and knowledge to pursue valuable grant opportunities. Sand & Land Candles: Capturing the Essence of the Sunshine Coast
The Ageing Sea recently embarked on a creative endeavor with Sand & Land Candles, encapsulating the essence of the Sunshine Coast in their brand and product designs.
We meticulously crafted a captivating brand logo, badges, and candle label designs that reflect the natural beauty and serene atmosphere of the coast. Additionally, our team designed a range of web and social media graphics for the client to utelise across digital platforms.
For the festive season, we updated their candle labels with special seasonal designs, infusing the spirit of Christmas into their already enchanting range. Sand & Land's candle collection invites customers on a sensory journey, offering a slice of the Sunshine Coast's extraordinary elements, all from the comfort of their homes. This project was a delightful fusion of design and sensory experience, perfectly aligning with the brand's ethos of bringing the region's unique charm into every household.
MBFG Unveils New Expanded Services and Revitalised Digital Footprint
MB Group, encompassing MB Financial Group and the newly formed MBFG Property, has embarked on an exciting journey of brand reinvention and digital enhancement, guided by the expertise of our team.
Brand Discovery and Strategy Development
Our journey began with a comprehensive Brand Discovery Workshop, delving deep into the ethos and aspirations of MB Financial Group. This collaborative effort fueled the development of a cohesive Brand Strategy, encompassing both MB Finance Group and MBFG Property. The strategy served as a blueprint for the new brand identity of MBFG Property, ensuring alignment with the overarching MBFG brand.
Crafting a Digital Persona
Engaging Copywriting: We undertook the task of breathing life into their digital content. Starting from the tone of voice, gleaned from discovery sessions and strategic insights, we crafted compelling copy for various website pages including the homepage, about us, team profiles, services, careers, blog, and contact information. Our process involved working closely with existing content, refining and presenting it to the client, and incorporating their feedback for the final output.
Visual Storytelling through Photography and Video: To capture the essence of MBFG and MBFG Property, we produced and directed photography and videography. This included capturing the dynamics of their office environment, staff interactions, client meetings, and various lifestyle elements. These visual elements not only showcased the professionalism of MBFG but also added a personal touch, reflecting the brand's connection with their clients and community.
Squarespace Websites: A Digital Gateway
We designed and launched two distinct yet harmonious Squarespace websites for MB Financial Group and MBFG Property. Each site was tailored to reflect the unique aspects of their respective services while maintaining a consistent brand narrative.
Joint Branding Efforts
Our collaboration extended to creating joint branded materials for MBFG Property & Finance, including brochures, presentation folders, and birthday cards, all designed to reinforce the brand's message and values.
Celebrating a Milestone
Looking ahead, we are excited to unveil the MBFG 10 Year Anniversary Logo Lockup in March 2024. This special emblem will symbolise a decade of growth, success, and commitment to excellence, marking a significant milestone in the MBFG story.

The task was to encapsulate Vella Build's ethos of creating personalised, boutique homes that embody both beauty and precision craftsmanship. Our collaboration resulted in a capability statement that not only highlights Vella Build's unparalleled service but also reflects the artistry and passion that go into every build.

Elevate Consulting Engineers, a unique civil and structural design engineering company, is charting a new course towards collaboration with top-tier construction companies.
The Ageing Sea played a pivotal role in this ambition, crafting a capability statement that not only highlights Elevate's engineering expertise but also underscores its proud Indigenous heritage. As a 50% Indigenous-owned and managed firm, Elevate Engineers stands out with its commitment to cultural and professional growth, holding a distinct position as the only Indigenous-identified civil and structural consultancy in Australia. Their Supply Nation accreditation is a testament to their ability to contribute significantly to the Australian Government’s Indigenous Procurement Policy.
By emphasising these unique attributes in their capability statement, Elevate Engineers is poised to offer large construction firms not just engineering solutions, but also a way to fulfil their Indigenous engagement goals. As a trusted partner, The Ageing Sea had the privilege of capturing the essence of this charming oasis for Acres Noosa's quarterly campaign. Our team skillfully crafted a series of videos and photographs, showcasing the tranquil ambiance and culinary delights that The Sanctuary offers. These visuals, along with an updated webpage on the Acres Noosa site, beautifully depict the cafe's seamless blend of casual elegance and relaxed dining.

The Alfresco Room, renowned for its exquisite furniture and homewares, partnered with The Ageing Sea to bring their products to life through a captivating content creation project.
Embracing the demand for dynamic digital content, particularly video, The Ageing Sea embarked on an interstate video shoot to the picturesque 'Skyline Burleigh' in Burleigh Heads, Queensland. This scenic backdrop served as the perfect canvas to showcase The Alfresco Room's magnificent range, highlighting the elegance and sophistication of their offerings.
Our team meticulously captured various aspects of The Alfresco Room's collection, ensuring that each piece's uniqueness and design integrity were conveyed. The resulting videos not only showcase the beauty and functionality of the products but also resonate with the brand's ethos of enhancing living spaces.
Alongside this, The Ageing Sea provided expert studio-style product photography and retouching services, adding another layer of finesse to their Shopify website, which we had the pleasure of building nearly five years ago.
