Client Summary:
Brew Bear Cold Brew is a new cold coffee brand created by Solid Ground Roasters on the Sunshine Coast. Launching with two hero products – a 2L cold brew concentrate and 250ml ready-to-drink cans – Brew Bear was created for young adults, uni students and on-the-go coffee lovers who want a fun, no-fuss way to enjoy specialty coffee cold.
Mission:
The Ageing Sea was engaged to develop a youthful, engaging brand that could sit alongside Solid Ground while carving out its own personality. We were asked to develop the Brew Bear logo and character, design packaging for the 2L concentrate and 250ml cans, and deliver a full launch toolkit: van and fridge signage, product photography, social media assets and videos, flyers, menus, price lists, in-store promotions and merchandise.

Outcome:
We created a bold, character-led identity that makes Brew Bear instantly recognisable in fridges, on shelves and on the road. The packaging system clearly differentiates concentrate from ready-to-drink cans, while keeping the bear, colour palette and typography consistent across every touchpoint. Van and fridge wraps turned deliveries into moving billboards, and a library of photography, social templates and promo collateral gave the Brew Bear and Solid Ground teams everything they needed to promote the range across cafés, events and online.
